Developed the 3D model of the structural design using sheet metal, designing from scratch the support structures for the LiDAR sensor, camera, and display. The design was intended to be visually appealing and user-friendly, while the center of mass was carefully calculated to ensure overall stability.

Redesigned the space exploration robot to provide easier access to internal components, designing the excavating arms from scratch, including their links and sensor supports. The arms were made compact and modular, allowing them to be interchanged across different sections of the robot chassis, thereby improving overall stability and adaptability.

Collaborated on the design of the automatic connector, including component selection, and assisted with the general assembly. The fixture was developed for End-of-Line Visual Verification Equipment.

Engineered a compact and cost-effective structure to support the sensor, status display, and PCB, optimizing spatial arrangement while maintaining functionality, durability, and ease of assembly.

Designed the robot, integrating mechanical and electronic components and magnets within a 20×20 cm size limit and 3 kg weight. The design leveraged CNC milling, laser cutting, 3D printing, lathe work, and sheet metal bending to ensure it could withstand impacts from competitors over 100 kg moving at 3–5 m/s.
